Greetings!

Thank you for your interest in our program.  We are a 4-year community based emergency medicine program located in the heart of Oklahoma. Our residents receive training in one of Oklahoma’s busiest health systems. In addition to bedside emergency medicine, we focus on ultrasound and emergency medical services.  Having access to a hospital based ambulance service means that our residents can participate in tactical operations and mass gatherings.  Many residents enjoy working in our game-day clinic where serve as the medical safety net for more than 80,000 fans. While on rotations, residents see a wide variety of pathology and quickly gain procedural competence. Our average first year resident completes the four year requirement for important high-index procedures such as intubation, central lines and ultrasound. Graduates from our program have gone into a wide variety of practice settings and fellowships including EMS, Critical Care and Global Health.  We strive to provide a safe learning environment that trains physicians to provide patient centered quality emergency care.
