INTERVIEW PROCESS

We consider all applications submitted to us. We have no minimum board score requirements but do require a passing score. We consider both Level and Step scores.

The Norman Regional Emergency Medicine Residency Program offers interviews in a rolling fashion.  There are multiple factors that may influence when applicants hear from us.  Initial interview offers are typically made in mid-October and can go as late as January.  All interviews take place on Thursdays.

All interviews are currently both virtual and in-person and are offered through Sign-Up Genius.

Applicants who are invited to interview will be notified by email and offered multiple interview dates throughout our recruitment season. Each day has a limited number of slots available and  are filled on a first come, first served basis.

Because interview slots are valuable to both candidates and the residency, please be considerate to other students and not hold multiple slots at different programs for the same interview date.
